MuseumPASSmusées, Belgium’s largest museum pass, uses a blue sticker to indicate which museums have been deemed suitable for young visitors. The organisation bases this on visitor questionnaires. In 2026, no fewer than 76 museums will be allowed to display the sticker, including the Mechelen Toy Museum.

The Mechelen Toy Museum has been in existence since 1982. In 2024, we moved to a new location in the kiss-and-ride zone at Mechelen station, with a new concept and a new museum narrative. Prefer a nicely wrapped voucher? You can buy it in our museum shop! Our museum shop is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
The road from the old museum to the new
Toy Museum Mechelen is open at Nekkerspoelstraat 21, 2800 Mechelen until September 29th. Starting from the 5th of October 2024, you'll find us at NMBS Station Mechelen, next to the Kiss & Ride.
